What is the code to create a random number between 1 and 6 a certain number of times in the Jasmin Assembly language?

I am trying to figure out how to do a couple of things.

Firstly, to create 12,000 random numbers between 1 and 6 in the jasmin assembly language(for java).

Secondly, to create another 12,000 numbers or 6000 pairs.

These random numbers will be compared to one another in a game of Risk. I am to see how many armies the attacker/defender loses on average.

I am having a hard time coming up with any of this code, so help would be greatly appreciated!
