JS - Combination of digits

how can i make this posible in javascipt so i have a software who makes this , but i don't know the code..

What i'm trying yo do is this , so i have 4 number for example 1901

So The first combination is :

1-1901

2-1910

3-1091

4-1019

5-1190

6-1109

7-9101

8-9110

9-9011

10-0191

11-0119

12-0911

By understanding these are all possible combinations with those 4 numbers , how can i make this with any others numbers in js.
