Generating random images c++ [on hold]

Hello all I've tried to find lib for generating random images, and I've found GraphicsMagick, it good, but it not supporting rules. So, is there any lib for generating random images from some rules (for instance: image 500x500px, 10 squares; or 100 horizontal lines, etc.) ?
