How do I make a button appear at a random location within a container in Xcode?

I am relatively new to programming, and very new to Xcode. I am trying to make a simple game and I need to make a dot appear at a random location on the screen and then disappear after it is pressed. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
