Unidentified graphic showing up in mobile version

There are two pale yellow squares with drop shadows showing up only in the mobile versions of my website - http://ift.tt/RoM2o6

They're at the bottom of my contact form. I can only think they could be the submit button results somehow being displayed in part before the submit button is hit?

Or they're some random element from somewhere else?

I'm new, and I made this site by hand from bits of code I found and/or learned. Sorry for the huge mess. Any very specific code suggestions would be so helpful.
