random arraylist with max and min and printing 20 first odd ones

Hi first I need to generate 30 random number in array form. second: random numbers needs to be between 1 and 20 third: I need to get all odd random numbers and forth I need to get 20 of the random numbers which are odd. fifth there wasn't enough random numbers I need to print not enough random number and at last I want to sort the the bubble and by method!
