Library for sampling from a discrete Gaussian distribution

Do you know a C / C++ library for sampling random numbers from a discrete Gaussian distribution?

Ideally it works in cryptographically secure way.

If there is no ready to use library, I could consider writing one on my own. There are algorithms for it but I don't know if there is already a reasonable implementation.
