how to generate the multivariate normal distribution random number (for instance,2-dim)with python

I've run into a problem where i have to be able to generate a set of randomly chosen numbers of a multivariate normal distributions with a given mean point(a 2-dim vector) and a 2*2 variance-covariance matrix,How to do this in Python?
