Auto page scroll effect with loop

I'm looking for a tutorials to learn how to create this kind of auto scroll effect on elements (images, div, etc). Here is a perfect example:

The scrolling elements also react to mouse scroll, and each element are in a random position and size when the user load the page.

Another interesting point, there is no scroll end... this is like a scrolling loop. When the last scrolling elements are reached, they are followed by the first ones.

Does anyone knows anything about a tutorial, plugins or whatever things related to this effect?
