Generate uniform and homogeneus 192 random bits [on hold]

I'm doing a cryptoanalysis work.

I need to generate 15000+ 192 bits numbers. The ramdom generator must generate uniform and homogeneus numbers.

What library I have to use for this purpose? Can you give me a code example?

Any language that allows me to do this is welcomed. Precision is an important factor.
