random data from MySQL on HTML

i added guestbook script to my website so people can write reviews on the service, i want to display 1 random review on every page at the bottom (see data pic)

also how can i add this to all the HTML pages without make all of them PHP ? if i use i frame and add Rich snippets it will sill show on google ? i saw this http://ift.tt/1lvWsPm i know its not secure but i have no idea how to do it
