Generating a combination of random letters and numbers using VBscript in UFT

I am new to VBscript and would be grateful for any help offered to do with generating a combination of the below values to be used in UFT test automation

Total no of values required - 9

fist two values has to be letters between A-Z Second set of values - random combination of numbers between 1-9 ( total of Six values required)

Third set of values - 1 letter between A to D

Example of the required result is similar to RT123456A
