Finding a Pattern in Random Numbers?

Yes, the question does sound silly. But If a pattern is detected in a small sample of Random Generated numbers (0-9) the randomness of the numbers are reduced. Though if the said pattern is to be detected, what would be the most efficient way/formula for it to be achieved, in lets say, Excel/vba or Visual Basic, for example.

Sample Random Generated Numbers:
