How to build a Java random number generator? [on hold]

I have this homework to complete:

How to create a random integer divisor in the range of [1,10] and two different random integers in the range [1,1000]. You print out the divisor and the two numbers generated. If a number is evenly divisible by the divisor you will print out “true” next to the number, otherwise print out false.
