random lottery with specific numbers

what script is available that allows me to input what numbers I what in a pool (of numbers I want) to generate random numbers (let's say 5 numbers).

I don't want an array of numbers, I want to be able to input my own numbers to generate the lottery numbers from (or choose an array, but include "ignore" numbers)

Any help would be great!
