Excel lottery number generator

I may have bitten off more than I can chew. I haven't touched any programming for years, and I just volunteered to build an excel lottery tracker for my ESO guild.

I've found a nice starting tutorial that will work here: https://youtu.be/Jy8coNxFZ3Q But, I'm looking to create lottery tickets and track them, not run a generator that makes one string of numbers...

Moving forward, I need to be able to generate a draw for each purchased ticket that does not go through the randomize process every time a new ticket is drawn...

I'm thinking I might be able to accomplish this with another form that has player name + # of purchased tickets that auto-fills, but to be honest I have no idea where to start.

Please keep answers plain, as I mentioned I have not done any programming for about 10 years, and I'm trying to keep the program pretty simple. Or If someone even wants to make this tool for me, I would be super grateful.
