Matlab Feinberg Zee random matrix spectrum

I want to plot the spectrum of a Feinberg Zee random matirx, i.e. all zeros on the diagonal, all ones on the first upper diagonal, and for an x in (0,1] the first lower diagonal contains random entries of +x with probability p and -x with probability 1-p, all other entries zero. Does anyone have a matlab code for this?
