generating random string upon clicking on Facebook Page

I have a Facebook Page on which I will post some events on the Page. I plan to launch paid ad to promote the event.

Here is the question. I'd like to generate a random string for the user each time he/she clicks on the ad for more information about the event. How shall I do that? I know how to generate random string using python, but have no idea how to interact with Facebook ad.
