java Random Math basic equation (I.e addition, subtraction) with multiple choices

So we have this assignment about java and our prof doesnt even bother to put a pseudo code or a flow chart and we just started our semester. So yeah i understand about the Random problem the only thing i cant do is the random multiple choice which must have 3 distractor/wrong answer and 1 right and thing is the choices must be shuffle(i.e 1st question answer is in B and 2nd question is in C) could anyone help me please and also if you have a chance enlighten me/explain it. I really don't have any idea how to do it.
