Randomness ( avalanche ) of a Binary input/output hash function using Chi Square method [on hold]

I have a project to simulate a binary 128b(8x16) input hash function that outputs binary data. I have to aplly it to a chi square method to determine the randomness (avalanche) of the function. I can do it in C or C++ .
