Where on earth does Dieharder store its example generators?

I'm trying to use the Dieharder suite to test some RNGs and the man pages suggest I wrap the RNGs in a certain way so they plug into Dieharder more easily and point to the source directory - "Follow the examples in the ./dieharder source directory[...]" but dpkg points toward a couple folders that Dieharder was installed to and none contain those examples. I feel like an idiot for asking, but where are they?
