Excel Random Number with Specified Percentage

I want to make a set of random data with range of 1 to 10. For now, I'm using:

=RANDBETWEEN(1,10)

Question is, how can I make, let say, integer 1 consist 90% of the random data? So that Cell A1 to A100 have 90% of integer 1 and 10% of any other integer within the range of =RANDBETWEEN().
