Load random image without Javascript (maybe?) [on hold]

I'd like to display a random image every time a page is loaded, but the page in question doesn't allow Javascript, so I'm wondering if there are alternative ways to achieve this?

So far the ideas I've considered (but haven't yet coded up, so there may be unknown issues with these that make them unfeasible):

• host Javascript offsite, and load this other page via an iframe

• upload images to an image randomiser site, and just use the link they provide

Any other solutions I'm missing? Any issues I should watch out for with the above solutions?
