Guess random birthdays given an age range

I'm looking for a good, DateTime-based algorithm for guessing a range of birthdays given a min, max, or both age limits. The dates should be realistic looking, and not all the 1st of January. I need them for testing an app where a number containing the birthday is validated with a Luhn check-digit.
