How to do multiple random swapping of letters in a set of strings in python?

considering having a set of strings like {January , February , March , October , December} . What could be the best way to choose randomly 2 pairs of letters at random from each string and swap them?

For example :

January--> 2 swapping(ja and ar) ---> Ajnuray

October--> 2 swapping(to and er) ---> Ocotbre

how about choosing 3 pairs at random and swap them?(Having 3 swapping)
