Get the bonus for m times within n times' prize draw

I need to deal with a problem that in a prize draw, people can gain prize N times with draw M times(N <= M);

But I think it is a straight-arrow way,not clever and brief. And I hope to deal with it more effective. Can anyone give me some help....
