Random permutation analysis in R

i have a dataframe containing 11 samples (in columns) and 790 identified proteins (in rows). For each cell i have a quantitation.

I want to perform a random permutation of this dataframe. I explain:

i want a random rearrangement of all of cells 1000 times to obtain a new dataframe with 11 columns and 790 x 1000 rows.

Could you help me to perform in R (or online web tools) ?
