What sources are there to get seed for rng (no need to guarantee solid uniqueness)

for my project I'm required to generate some random numbers. I'm looking for a sources of seed for the generator. However the best seed source for me isn't the one that offers the most unique number. In my project best source seed would be one that was received in a least popular / most tricky and clever way. What I'm looking for are any sources of randomness in a c++ / windows program you can think of, even if they are not offering the best uniqueness.

Let's say that as long as you can say "This method wont give the same number more often than in 1 out of 10 tries" it will suit my needs.
