Random Data Generation

I am currently working on an API for generating random data, with a focus on generating realistic sounding names. I am in the process of refining the context-free grammar to make names sound more realistic.

I have two main points I would like to ask:

1. I am having trouble finding resources on the construction of English sounding names. I have found some resources on the construction of English words, and have utilized this information, but nothing specifically on names. Can anyone recommend a good resource towards this end?
2. I would like to ask anyone who is interested to play with the preview a bit and give me feedback on how useful you think the formatting of the information/API is in its current state.

I would like to ascertain what direction I should move foward with this project to make it as useful as possible.
