Fast PRNG Decoder Algorithm

I'm working a project which related with PRNG coded strip.

We make a sensor array to read PRNG value. After reading we must decode this code to deciman distance value. My codes running on mcu. So we need less computation load.

Sample outputs here. Firt column raw data, seccond column decimal distance value(I'll be calculate this value from raw data), thirt is hexadecimal raw, fourth is decimal raw.

How can be decode PRNG most efficiently? Anyone help me?
