Is / was there any programming language with faulty RNG algorythm?

I am realy curious if there is (or atleast was) any programming language with faulty random number generator. I know that these generators are pseudo random, but they are good enough to be used. But i would like to know if there was some version of known language with faulty implemented or just bad algorythm so generated numbers couldnt even be considered pseudo random.
