Random HTML link without JavaScript? [on hold]

I have found a number of simple JavaScript link randomizers where you click a link and a random domain is used from a list. However, this is going on a site that does not allow JavaScript (Medium.com).

Here's the function I'm hoping to happen:

1. Create a link on Medium to points to a page on my web hosting.
2. The page on my web hosting contains the randomized code and automatically activates a random link.
3. Everything happens seamlessly so the user clicks the link on Medium and ends up at a random page.

What is the best way to do this?
