Are 2D Cartesian coordinate points formed by random numbers random in nature?

A series of 2D cartesian coordinates are formed by the combination of random numbers. For example, x and y-axes of every coordinate point are random in nature and follow the Normal distribution. Now, what will be the nature of the formed coordinated points? Will they be random in nature?
