How can I generate some random points in Cartesian coordinates, find the center of them and convert the coordinates to polar notation in Matlab?

How can I generate some random points in cartesian coordinates? Then I need to find their centroid and call that P = (Px, Py) . The next step is to subtract that centroid from all of the other coordinates to get relative (x,y) coordinates for each and convert to polar notation. How can I do this in Matlab?
