How randomly select data in Excel

I have the following Excel file (A sample of the data)

Yes     Q       Q

Yes     Q

Yes     P

Yes     Q       Q

I wan to get Groups3. I want to select randomly 3 Q from Group1 those who are Yes. Is it possible to do it in Excel? I gave an example in Group3. So Qs may be seen in different cells in Group3. Thank you for your help.
