Select random cells in multidimensional-array in C#

I have a two-dimensional array 10x10. Respectively, I want to select 6 random cells from the array to be close.I mean a combination of 6 cells as in the picture below. It may be any combination, but be close . I now started studying two-dimensional arrays, and I do not know too much.
