Unity2D generating 2D race track

In my app I am trying to generate similar race track to the one in the game called Finger Driver. Where the game generates track randomly. I have little knowledge about Unity and I am still doing my course on it, but I was wondering how to achieve this result?

Is there maybe an asset for this kind of thing?

I have been thinking about it a lot, and I have thought maybe to just generate prefabs randomly, but that would also trigger a lot of bugs, so maybe someone can tell me how these maps are usually generated.
