import note pad numbers in C++ read numbers line by line and produce top 5 most common (recurring) numbers

I've been working on this program that will take a txt doc containing numbers read it line by line and then give me back the top 10 most common non duplicate numbers. Right now it's just giving me random number along with duplicates. I'm new to programing and just need some guidance. I appreciate your help and input. Thank you.
