Ruby (1.8.1) -- choosing a random character from an array

so, uh... I'm tryna do something with coding in Ruby, but I just basically suck with coding in general, so yeah. I want the script to choose a random character from this array:

txtlist = ["Ą", "ą", "Ć", "ć", "Ę", "ę", "Ł", "ł", "Ń", "ń", "Ó", "ó", "Ś", "ś", "Ź", "ź", "Ż", "ż", "Ⱥ", "ⱥ", "Ƃ", "ƃ", "Ḇ", "ḇ", "Ƈ", "ƈ", "ɕ", "ᵭ", "ᶑ", "ȡ", "Ể", "ể", "Ė̄", "ė̄", "ᵮ", "Ǥ", "ǥ", "Ħ", "ħ", "Ĭ", "ĭ", "Ȉ", "ȉ", "Ɨ", "ɨ", "ᶄ", "ȴ", "ᵯ", "Ƞ", "ƞ", "Ǿ", "ǿ", "¦", "ᵳ", "Ⱦ", "ⱦ", "Ữ", "ữ", "ᶍ", "ʑ", "ɐ", "ʙ", "ȸ", "ɝ", "ɞ", "Ɣ", "ɣ", "Ƕ", "ƕ", "ⱶ", "Ȣ", "ȣ", "Ч", "ч", "¶", "§", "ª", "¼", "½", "¾"]

But I don't know how to do that, so yeah. I couldn't find anything on internet (please note I'm barely even familiar with Ruby), so I expect you to help me at least in some way.
