How do I write a loop to txt or xlxs?

For example: I have .txt or .xlsx documantary.

excel in a column or in the notebook.. only numbers as: 000012,000013,000014... these are random and I have these numbers all day.

I need to paste these numbers one by one on the website, instead of box numbers ( I added image for this about )

No need to read files I have number numbers I think I should just build a loop that will copy those numbers to the internet address. but I'm lost.

Can you help me if there is anything that has been done before?
