Random error after running few different programs

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range' what(): basic_string::substr: __pos (which is 140) > this->size() (which is 134)

Basically, I started getting this error when running OpenLabelling which is an open source project from github (https://github.com/Cartucho/OpenLabeling). And also when training my model in yolov3. This error hasn't occurred until now and it seems really random to me since I haven't changed anything in any of the code I am running. Any ideas what can cause that?
