I am trying to connect K minimum random points to nodes such that they dont intersect with points of other nodes (matlab)

I have two types of random points one with circles and other with diamonds shown in the attached figure.

 1. circles=55
 2. Total_diamonds=8
 3. Selected_diamonds=5 (I select diamonds based on centrality score, 
 like who is having less distance with all 55 [![enter image description here][1]][1]circles)
 4. Each_diamond can select K=12 nearest circles 

I want to connect K or less than K circles to each diamond but they should not intersect lines of connection with circles of other diamonds. Can anybody help?
