Randomize array in c# [duplicate]

Hello so lately we got to make bingo as a task but I want to randomize the numbers but I have no clue of how to do it. Could someone help me out?

    string[,] kaart1 = { { "B", "I", "N", "G", "O" }, { "3", "19", "45", "47", "62" }, { "11", "25", "34", "53", "70" }, { "15", "24", "40", "59", "68" }, { "13", "16", "39", "51", "72" } };
