Generating power-law distributed random numbers with the method of transformation- Matlab

I would like to generate random numbers according to the following power law distribution:

P(r)= exp(A)Br^(D-3)

where A,B,D are constants. The values the PDf can take range from 10^7 to infinity. Could someone help me, please?
