How to shuffle answers in multiple choice test in EXCEL

I have lots of questions, which seems like these:

And I need to shuffle answers in order to seems for example like this:

1. Question

B
D
A
C

2. Question

C
B
D
A

Is it possible to shuffle answers for every question in one time?
