how to create a tree structure and randomly choose specific substructure member in python?

I want to define this tree structure(if it is first necessary) and after that, I want to choose randomly from its data that they have specific characteristics. for instance, I want to choose specific text data with the attribute : a,b,d,i and this means i want to go in-depth for root "a " to branch "i" data are texts.
