Command To Select A Random File In Windows Explorer

I am using Windows 10

I am wondering if anyone knows how I can make, let's say a batch file, that will open a specific folder. Then after it opens that specific folder, it will select (highlight) any random item in that folder. That's all. Thanks so much!
