How can I make an array with random 15 numbers from 0 to 99? [duplicate]

I took Java courses not so long ago so I'm kinda newbie here. I have to create an array with random 15 numbers from a 0 to 99 segment. But we haven't learnt the "random" function yet. Could you help me?
