Random selection matrices

Citing https://doi.org/10.1017/CBO9781139424400 "A selection matrix is a matrix whose (rows) columns are a selection of the (rows) columns of an identity matrix". Does anybody of you know some references regarding probability distributions over the space of selection matrices? Maybe i am using the "wrong" words. Thank you
