I need a script to generate 5000 images from files

I would like to generate 5000 jpegs of random cartoon characters. These characters would be comprised of several layers i.e. 6 backgrounds, 8 body types, 15 accessories etc. Does anyone have a program or script that can take .png and layer them? I don’t code.
